Mistrust in Medicine: A Community Health Conversation

The Washington DC Alumnae Chapter and The Federal City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. invite you to join an important community conversation focused on health, trust, and access to care.
This event creates a space for open dialogue, education, and connection to trusted resources as we address common questions and concerns about navigating the healthcare system.
Many individuals in the Black community have experienced challenges within the healthcare system—from misdiagnosis and unequal treatment to limited representation in medical research. At the same time, families are making critical health decisions every day. This conversation is designed to help bridge information gaps, build confidence, and support informed decision-making.
