A Capital Welcome for Our Visiting Sorors
WDCAC warmly welcomes all visitors. Whether you’re seeking sisterhood, service opportunities, or a chapter home, WDCAC offers something for every Delta at every stage of life. Let’s fellowship together! Chapter meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month at 11 AM from September to June. Meetings are open to duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. who are not under disciplinary action.
Membership Verification
To attend a WDCAC chapter meeting, please complete the Visitor Membership Verification Form no later than the Monday prior to the meeting date. This allows time for your membership credentials to be verified for admittance.
• Proof of membership is required and must be verified before entry will be granted.
• If verification is not completed in advance, visiting sorors must present their official membership card or verification letter along with photo identification to the Sergeant-At-Arms upon arrival.
• Membership Verification Letters and replacement membership cards can be obtained via your member profile on the National website.

Transferring Sorors
If you are an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and would like to transfer your membership to WDCAC, please complete the Membership and Dues Transfer Form to begin the process.
Reinstating Sorors
If your membership is currently inactive, you may return to active status by submitting your dues and any applicable reinstatement fees. Please visit the WDCAC Pay Membership Dues page for full details.
Transfer Process & Timing
Please note that processing times for membership transfers and reinstatements may vary and can take up to 30 days.
While your membership status is being updated, we welcome you to attend chapter meetings as a visitor. Select the “Visit Us” tab above and complete the Visitor Membership Verification Form by the Monday prior to the meeting date to allow time for verification.

Membership Dues Renewal
Dues payable July 1 – September 30, 2025, for the 2026 Fiscal Year (January 1 – December 31, 2026)
Renewing membership for the fiscal year affirms your pledge to making Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. a lifetime commitment. Paying your dues during this period ensures you retain full membership rights and privileges throughout the Sorority Year and contribute to the advancement of the Sorority and its initiatives.

Deadlines & Reminders
• Payment Period: July 1 – September 30, 2025
• A $10 late fee applies to dues received after September 30, 2025.
• For check payments received after September 20, 2025, we cannot guarantee timely submission to Grand Chapter, and a late fee may apply.
• A reinstatement fee applies if you are not currently financial or if dues are submitted after December 15, 2025.

STEP 3: PAY MEMBERSHIP DUES
Choose the preferred payment method and follow the instructions provided.

2. Locate the ticket that corresponds to the membership type and dues amount listed in the Annual Membership Dues table.
– Select the plus sign (+) to select one membership renewal ticket.
– To pay for additional renewals in the same transaction, increase the ticket quantity or select additional renewal tickets. -
3. If applicable, select the appropriate Reinstatement Fee ticket.
– 1 year non-financial: $15
– 2 years non-financial: $30
(Paid-in-full Life Members do not pay reinstatement fees.) -
4. Select Check out.

5. At checkout, enter the Member Name and Member Number for each ticket.

Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated's National Initiatives
Beyond your annual dues, you are encouraged to support the Sorority’s national initiatives.
Donations of any amount help strengthen the Sorority’s ability to serve communities and transform lives through impactful programs.
Donations must be submitted via the Member Portal on the National website.
- DISTINGUISHED PROFESSOR ENDOWED CHAIR (DPEC) – Fund the designation of a scholar to teach at Historically Black Colleges & Universities.
- DELTA RESEARCH & EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION (DREF) – Support program initiatives of DREF, the Delta Foundation.
- PRESERVE OUR LEGACY INITIATIVE – Sustain and preserve our legacy of serving our communities with charitable services and programs.
- INTERNATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVE CONTRIBUTION – Support International Awareness and Involvement program initiatives.
